     Powered by Qualcomm, the family offers advanced features and high performance for a wide range of use cases, including robotics, drones, video collaboration, and smart retail. The first to hit the market are the IMDT QCS8550 SOM and SBC, which are now available for pre-order and feature Qualcomm QCS8550 processors. The processor offers superior computing power, advanced edge AI processing, Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, and crisp video and graphics, making it an excellent choice for performance-intensive AIoT applications.

     Measuring only 37mm x 30mm x 4mm, the IMDT QCS8550-based SOM is a production-ready module that supports 8 x 4-channel MIPI CSI connections for up to 20 cameras. In addition, customizable options such as onboard Wi-Fi/ Bluetooth, various memory and storage capacities, and PHY configurations are available throughout the module, allowing users to customize the system to their specific needs.
