     Winbond Electronics has released the 1Gb 1.8V QspiNAND flash memory W25N01KW. This new NAND solution is designed to meet the growing demand for wearables and battery-powered iot devices with low standby power consumption, small size packages, and continuous read capabilities with fast start and instant start support.

     Flash stands out for its high-speed read capabilities, reaching speeds of 52MB/ s in both continuous and sequential read modes. Quick start and instant start support increase energy efficiency and extend the life of your equipment. It also offers an advanced deep power outage mode that reduces power consumption to 1µA. The device is compact and available in compact WSON8 (8mm x 6mm) and WSON8 (6mm x 5mm) packages. These excellent features ensure ultra-fast code/data access, longer battery life and a compact design that helps optimize the user experience in many applications.
