Vishay introduces new devices in 3232 form factor

     Vishay Intertechnology has announced the introduction of a new device in 3232 form factor, the IHRD-3232HB-5A, expanding its line of ultra-thin, high-current dual-chip inductors for the IHLD family. The IHLD-3232HB-5A is AEC-Q200 certified and has an operating temperature range of +155 ° C. Combining two inductors in a 9.75mm x 9.14mm package can effectively save board space.

     Vishay Dale inductors are suitable for automotive and commercial Class D amplifier circuits, reducing the required board space and outperforming solutions consisting of multiple inductors. In addition, the IHLD3232HB-5A has excellent inductance stability over the operating temperature range and under direct current, achieving high-quality sound effects and reducing harmonic distortion caused by linear saturation performance. Inductor pairs are carefully designed to have very low coupling, minimizing crosstalk between inductors.

     AEC-Q200 certified inductors are manufactured using Vishay's IHLP technology, with maximum DCR from 29.2mΩ to 159.43mΩ, inductors from 5μH to 33μH, and current ratings up to 6A. Other values are available on request. The IHLD-3232HB-5A is manufactured in a completely lead-free shielding, composite structure package with a specified operating temperature range of -55 ° C to +155 ° C, and has strong resistance to thermal shock, moisture, mechanical shock and vibration.
