Vishay's new medium pressure thick diaphragm resistors are AEC-Q200 certified
Vishay Intertechnolog has announced the launch of a new range of medium pressure thick diaphragm resistors certified by AEC-Q200. VishayTechno CRMA series resistors have been developed for automotive and industrial applications to save space and reduce component usage, operating voltages up to 1415V, and available in 5 small dimensions from 1206 to 2512.
These devices offer higher voltages than standard thick diaphragm resistors, making them ideal for battery management and overvoltage protection in electric vehicles, voltage monitoring and regulation in power inverters, high-voltage power supplies, defibrillators and smart circuit breakers.
CRMA series resistors range from 150Q to 75M0, tolerance is only +0.5%, temperature coefficient is 100ppm/C, and power rating is from 0.30W to 1.0W. The device is available in a soldered-coated nickel barrier or a soldered-coated non-magnetic end, in a three-sided roll pack or in a flip-chip configuration only from the top.
