Texas Instruments TPS61376 is a high voltage asynchronous boost converter with input average current limiting and real load disconnection. The average input current limit threshold can be set in 0.1A to 3.0A Settings via the ILIM pin. The isolation FETs between VP and SW pins will cut the path between input and output when the device is disabled

Texas Instruments TPS61376 is a high voltage asynchronous boost converter with input average current limiting and real load disconnection. The average input current limit threshold can be set in 0.1A to 3.0A Settings via the ILIM pin. The isolation FETs between VP and SW pins will cut the path between input and output when the device is disabled. The converter has a wide input voltage range of 2.9V to 23 V and an output voltage of up to 25 V.

 

The TPS61376 implements a peak current mode with an adaptive turn-off time control topology. The device operates in PWM mode under moderate to heavy load. Under light load conditions, the converter enters the PFM mode to maintain high efficiency over the load current range. The TPS61376 also integrates powerful protection features, including output overvoltage protection, cycle overcurrent protection, and thermal shut-off. The TPS61376 comes in a 2.5mm x 2.0mm HotRod™ lite VQFN package that offers a very small solution size.

● Two integrated MOSFeTs: ISO FeTs (40 mΩ) and Low side FETs (50 mΩ)
● Precise EN/UVLO thresholds
● External loop compensation
● Safe and reliable operation functions:

-   During EN off, the input and output are truly disconnected
