NXP offers Processors for Vehicle Networking

NXP's S32G3 in-car network processor combines Automotive Security Integrity Level (ASIL) D security, hardware security, high-performance real-time and application processing, and network acceleration. The S32G3 family supports the needs of the new vehicle architecture: service-oriented gateway, on-board computer, domain controller, partition processor, security processor, etc.

In addition to support from the S32 Design Studio IDE, these S32G3 on-board network processors are supported by a wide range of software including reference, standards, and advanced software. S32G3 Series extends the S32G series with pin and software compatibility with the S32G2 series. The S32G-VNP-RDB3 compact, highly optimized integrated board is designed for vehicle service-oriented gateway (SoG), domain control applications, high performance processing, safety and security applications.

The S32G-VNP-RDB3 delivers high-performance computing power and rich input/output (I/O), high levels of computing, real-time network performance, multi-gigabit packet acceleration, and security for a variety of typical and new automotive applications. The NXP GoldBox 3 compact, highly optimized integrated board is designed for vehicle service-oriented gateways (SOGs), domain control applications, high-performance processing, safety and security applications. GoldBox 3 is based on S32G-VNP-RDB3 and is an excellent product for customer or project demonstration and evaluation.
