SST introduces a threaded oxygen sensor to further consolidate user convenience

The company's threaded zirconia oxygen sensor provides engineers with an easy-to-implement basis for a solution in which only the sensor head is exposed to the sample gas environment and all supporting electronics are removed from potential sources of harm, thus ensuring long-term reliable operation of the sensor

     The company's sensors are fitted with M18*1.5mm threads and have a robust stainless steel housing that can withstand extreme temperatures (-100° C -+250°C). Based on these characteristics, the sensor is ideal for combustion control, continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS) and accelerated composting applications in industrial coal/oil/gas/biomass boilers. The oxygen pressure range of the sensor is 2mbar~3bar, the accuracy is 5mbar, and the linearity over the entire temperature range is excellent. In addition, the sensor is responsive (less than 4 seconds), covering the oxygen concentration measurement range of 0.1% to 25%.

     To match the sensor, SST also offers a high-performance interface board, OXY-LC, which integrates all the required processing electronics to meet the specific needs of the application while also powering the sensor. Based on the principle of zirconia (ZrO2), the SST oxygen sensor achieves industry-leading performance indicators. By combining the Nerss effect with the oxygen ion pump sensing mechanism, the need for a sealed reference gas and frequent calibration of the sensor is also eliminated. As a result, the sensor is more compact and easy to install. At the same time, the non-consumable principle also makes the sensor's trouble-free life longer.
