The inductor product line improves customer purchasing flexibility and performance

     Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is significantly expanding its inductor product line with the addition of a series of new products that provide customers with enhanced options to achieve specific cost/performance ratios in their designs. The expanded product portfolio will streamline the procurement process for the company's customers, providing customers with a wider selection of equipment at different price points.

     This expansion includes new product offerings to meet applications that require higher inductors - by an order of magnitude - and higher voltage inductors. In addition, it introduces more dimensional variations, ensuring that customers can find the right inductance for any available PCB space, no matter how small.

     The enhanced product line also offers a broader range of common mode products, improved noise reduction capabilities and expanded inductance capabilities for the company in telecommunications, industrial and consumer markets. New additions include wireless charging inductors, shielded and semi-shielded drum core inductors, common mode chokes, coupled inductors, TLVR, and high-current ferrite impedance beads.

     These new inductors will be seamlessly integrated into the company's global distribution network, ensuring fast availability worldwide as each new series is launched. As part of its strategic expansion, the company is investing in capacity upgrades and expanding its IHLP production capacity across all facilities.
