Unveiling of high-performance power MOSFETs that increase efficiency and reliability

     Littelfuse announced the launch of IXTN400N20X4 and IXTN500N20X4 superjunction x4 power MOSFETs. The new device extends the current 200V x4 superjunction MOSFETs to provide some of the lowest on-state resistance. Their high current rating enables designers to replace multiple low-current rated devices in parallel, simplifying the design process and increasing reliability and power density in applications. In addition, screw mounting terminals in the SOT-227B package enable robust and stable mounting.

     These new 200V MOSFETs provide the lowest on-state resistance and complement the company's existing X4-stage superjunction portfolio. These MOSFETs offer up to twice the rated current and up to 63% RDS (on) value compared to the most advanced x4 class MOSFETs solutions available.

     The new MOSFETs are ideal for a range of low-voltage power applications, including BESS, battery chargers, battery formation, DC battery load switches, and power supplies, where minimizing on-off losses is essential.
